Return policy
Due to hygiene standards, health regulations, and the intimate nature of our products,
Amesha Couture does not accept returns—with the exception of incorrect orders. We take great pride in the premium quality of our wigs and extensions, and each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure consistency and excellence. As a result, return requests are extremely rare.
Exchanges may be considered for regular-priced items only, and the product must be in its original, untouched condition—lace uncut, wig unworn, and free from tampering.
Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival—before cutting the lace or altering the hair in any way. Please check that the length, texture, and color match your order. If you have questions about our textures, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing for personalized guidance.
Please note: Our product photos show the hair in its raw, unstyled state. Once washed or styled, the hair may differ slightly in appearance, but will reflect the texture you selected.
All exchanges must include the original packaging and any accessories (clips, bands, etc.) in the same condition as received.
Custom Wigs: All custom units are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
